The foundation stone of 'Nirman IAS' was laid as a platform for proper solution and accurate guidance to the problems and curiosities faced by the candidates regarding the preparation of Civil Services and other competitive examinations. With a vision to share their Civil Services Exam experiences and educational strategies with the aspirants, formally 'Nirman IAS' was established in Delhi in the year 2007 with an expert, competent and energetic team of teachers under the leadership of 'Kamal Dev Sir'. Its branch was established in Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) in the year 2012 under the direction and guidance of 'Sanjay Gupta Sir'. From day one, 'Reliability, Quality and Sensitivity' has been the driving force and guiding motto of the Institute. Under the guidance of Sanjay Sir, the institute has expanded itself and established a branch in Indore in the year 2023. Apart from this, the institute has also started its online platform named 'Nirman PLUS', keeping in view the time situation and the interests of the candidates.
